Background
Eric Thorderson is Portfolio Manager and Executive Vice President of Janus Money Market Fund and Janus Government Money Market Fund. Prior to joining Janus as a money market analyst in May 1996, Mr. Thorderson was a money market portfolio manager and fixed income analyst for USAA Investment Management Company. He also worked as a fixed income analyst and trader for Alexander Hamilton Life Insurance Company.

Education
Mr. Thorderson received his bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Wayne State University and his MBA from the University of Illinois. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 29 years of financial industry experience.
